In a virtual consultation, the specialist conducts the session remotely using video conferencing tools, allowing clients to receive expert advice from the comfort of their homes. They may review photos and floor plans, discuss design ideas, and showcase product samples digitally. Both types of consultations aim to deliver customized solutions and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the window treatment selection process.
IN-HOME CONSULTATIONS
We recommend scheduling an in-home consultation in two scenarios:
1. If you've already had an initial consultation and have a good idea of the window treatments you want, and you're ready to move forward.
2. If you're unsure where to start and need professional advice to assess your space comprehensively.
Our in-home consultations last about an hour, but the duration may vary depending on the size of your project.

MEASURING AND INSTALLATION
Ensure you don't compromise on quality and satisfaction for the sake of saving a few pennies. Our installers are trained and certified to utilize professional techniques and equipment. During your home consultation we'll measure your windows and later install your coverings with precision—the first time around. Rest assured, our prompt, courteous, and helpful crew is committed to making your experience seamless. Installation services are free!
REPAIR OR SERVICE CALLS
Even though Graber and World Wide Window products are built to last a lifetime, occasional issues may arise. Whether it's a torn cord, broken bracket, or motorization problem, we're here to help. We're dedicated to restoring your shades to their original condition, no matter the challenge.
If you purchased your treatments from us, our in-home service calls are complimentary. Otherwise, we charge $137 for a service visit to your location.
Please note that our repair services are exclusively for Graber and World Wide Window Fashions products. If you have other window treatment brands, we recommend contacting the company you purchased them from.
