Simone, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and customer service, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her unwavering commitment to putting customers first and ensuring their satisfaction has been instrumental in shaping DrawSure's customer-centric approach.

 In their spare time, Chad finds solace in cycling through the Lancaster countryside, while Simone indulges in the simple pleasure of a good book. Yet, their greatest joy comes from spending quality time with family and friends. The Youngs are proud parents to two energetic boys, Chase and Bastian, who inspire them to create a company that prioritizes family values and customer care above all else.
